The symposium’s abstract and presentation language is Turkish or English.

• The title of the abstract should be written in 16-point font, in Times New Roman, with each word capitalized.
• The abstract should be written in 10-point font with single line spacing.
• The abstract must contain a minimum of 150 words and a maximum of 300 words.
• The abstract should be written in a single paragraph, including sentences. No subheadings should be used in the abstract.
• Avoid using non-standard or uncommon abbreviations. The full form of abbreviations should be presented the first time they are used.
• The abstract should not contain references.
• Keywords should be provided at the end of the abstract.
• At least 3 and at most 5 keywords that reflect the content of the abstract should be written.
• Keywords should be separated by commas.
• Abstracts should be submitted via email using the abstract submission template.

• The abstracts presented at the symposium will undergo a peer-review process conducted by the Faculty of Health Sciences at Sakarya University of Applied Sciences and will be published in the 2025 special issue of the Journal of Innovative Healthcare Practices (JOINIHP), an international indexed journal published by the Scientific Publications Coordination. This special issue will serve as a significant resource for researchers, academics, and healthcare professionals by presenting current research and innovative practices in health sciences.
• Participants wishing to publish their full papers in the journal must prepare their manuscripts according to the journal's submission guidelines and upload them to the Dergipark system.
